Overview

Over the years, the Gani Brothers acquired properties to support their thriving retail business. Being a non-white company limited their options, but this ultimately benefited the family as those properties appreciated in value over time.

Initially, the property portfolio was primarily leased to businesses owned by the family. However, with a renewed focus on diversification, this division is now managed separately within the group and has expanded significantly across the country.

The property division mainly focuses on commercial and industrial real estate.
